Only what is needed to deliver the service. No profiling, no collecting extras.
The legal basis is performance of our contract with you, and for compliance notices, our legitimate interest in keeping your company from being dissolved over a missed deadline.
This is the most important part of this policy, so we will say it plainly: when we form your company, some information goes onto a public register that anyone can look up online.

Arizona law requires this, not us, and we cannot hide it. If having your personal address public concerns you, tell us before we file — in many cases it can be structured differently.
Your email, phone, date of birth, SSN or ITIN, and identity documents are never published.
As your registered agent we receive service of process and official mail addressed to your company. We scan it so we can forward it to you, and we log the date and time it arrived.
We do not read or interpret the contents of your mail beyond what is needed to identify who it belongs to and forward it. We do not share it with anyone or use it for any other purpose.
Your SSN, ITIN, or passport number are sensitive, and we treat them that way.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — that information goes directly to Stripe and stays under their custody and their own privacy policy.
From your payment we keep only the amount, the date, the last four digits, and the transaction status, so we can invoice and manage your renewal.
Only with those needed to deliver the service:
We do not sell your data. To anyone, ever, at any price. We also do not pass it to data brokers, use it for third-party advertising, or add you to mailing lists you did not ask for.
This is a real difference in our industry: several registered agents make money selling their clients' data. We do not.
Our site uses browser local storage to remember whether you prefer the site in English or Spanish. That stays on your device and never reaches us.
If we later use analytics to see which pages get visited, it will be aggregated and anonymous, and we will say so here before doing it.
We encrypt information in transit and at rest, limit access to the people who need it to do their job, and use two-factor authentication on every account that touches client data.
No system is infallible. If a breach affecting your data occurs, we will tell you without delay, what happened and what to do.

Note that we cannot erase what is already public on the Arizona register: the state controls that information, not us. We also cannot delete records of filings already made with the IRS.
If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or California, you also have the specific rights granted by the GDPR and the CCPA, and you may complain to your data protection authority.
We are a U.S. company and our providers are mainly in the United States. If you hire us from another country, your data is transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection may differ from your own country's. By hiring us you accept that transfer, which is also unavoidable: there is no way to form a company in Arizona without sending your information to Arizona.
Our services are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we find that we have, we delete it.
If we change this policy materially, we notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. The last updated date is always at the top.
